A club changing room and showers are available at the facility. The Sportplatz also has parking available.

FAQ

It is fine to show up in workout clothes and shoes you are comfortable running with. We have some extra used rugby boots that can be loaned out during practice. For some drills, a mouthguard is required. If you do not have one, no problem! We will accommodate the practice to your situation.

Practice generally consists of:
– warm up
– drills for passing, running, rucking, communication, etc.
– touch rugby

The practice is adapted to your experience and situation. If you are uncomfortable tackling, we will build you up physically, mentally, and technically.
